What good fortune to have been introduced to you and your outstanding Eco-Tourism agency! For a long time we had a desire to visit South Africa but never were able to identify the kind of agency that would give us a truly broad experience yet feature the environment and sustainability. You were able to do all of that for us as well as relate so specially with our 13 year old granddaughter.
We were especially struck with the vast knowledge you have of the flora and fauna that spans the area from Cape Town through the Little Karoo, the Garden Route and all of South Africa. It was nice to see your contacts greet you so warmly and with such enthusiasm. We were also impressed with the itinerary you planned with us. We appreciated your immediate responses to our inquiries and the fact that you kept up a regular correspondence with us during the planning phase of the trip. We have no doubt that your agency will grow rapidly because of your management, expertise and passion for what you are doing.
Ince, we heartily thank you for making our experience unusual, fulfilling, and without a flaw. We are recommending you to our travel agents in the United States and encouraging them to use your services with their clients.
Best wishes
